Additional spices include garlic, onion, candlenut, coriander seeds, galangal, bay leaves, and teak leaves, the latter giving a reddish brown color to the plate. This is often described as “the sweet decoction of green jack fruit. And after enjoying the warmth, we will continue to drink joss coffee, which is coffee brewed with black coals
